What you are about to read is the lore for my server:
The humans and the supernatural have been waging war for many centaury’s. Within that time many empires came to flourish, and they fell almost as quickly as they rose. However two of the oldest empires have stayed strong over the years, those empires were the empires of symforá and iremía.
Iremia was the Empire of humans and Symfora was the empire of supernaturals. Throughout the centuries of war these two empires saw much bloodshed until a young woman from Iremia stood on the front of the battlefield, her name was seirína who in later life came to be known as seirína the brave. A general from the symfora saw seirínas courage and agreed to peace talks with her, his name was Péthane and together these two managed to end the war between the humans and supernaturals.
Serina and Péthane had an inseparable friendship until Péthanes life was cut short in a place that would come to be known as wolf hallow – the final resting place of Péthane.
Serina outlived her supernatural comrad but not by much. At the age of 20 serina was forced into an unhappy marriage with a husband much older than her. Seirna died in childbirth at the age of 21, she gave birth to twins a girl named Avaria and a boy named Helio.
many years after the brave pair gave up everything including their own happiness to unite the two races tensions between Iremía and Symforá are higher than ever with their peace treaty barely keeping the tide of war at bay. Sorrow of Péthane's death still resides in the hearts of all supernaturals, and Serína is seen as a mayrtr among the humans as they continued their rebuilding efforts as well as expanding into new territory.
Avaria and Helio eventually go their separate ways, when an argument about their mother's death reveals hidden feelings about their loyalties. Helio, being convinced that the supernaturals were the reason of her death, he creates a group of hunters set on eliminating any supernaturals they deem as a threat.
Avaria believed that the supernaturals were no different from the humans and wished to protect them all from her brothers cruel ideals. As war begun again the two siblings found themselves facing off against eachother on the battlefield neither one of them willing to back down from their ideals. Avaria was strong and a talented fighter, but her brothers tactics were underhanded and cruel; much like his regime.
It was not long before Avaria found herself on the loosing side, to spare more bloodshead she wrote a plea to her brother:
Hours after the two siblings entered shadow woods Helio emerged holding his sisters corpse: her golden hair was drenched in blood her skin was pale like porcelin and equally cold. He lay his sister down in a bed of leaves kissed her forhead before collapsing from his injuries, he reached his hand out and took his sisters with his final breath he muttered 'forgive me sister' after this his eyes closed for the last time.
For many years to come the Humans and Supernaturals were united in their grief for the tragic twins, the story goes that the spirits of Helio and Avaria haunt shadow woods to this day...
