People love being staff on servers, but what if you just can't seem to get staff? Do you feel left out :( Well if you want to be staff on a server here is a blog about what staff members do!


You don't ask for staff!
Owners aren't dumb, they aren't just gonna give you, a total stranger the keys to their server, you don't just need to ask for staff you must work for it by helping build, welcoming new players, following the rules, etc.
I want staff on a server REALLY bad what do I do?!?!? 
Simpley don't ask for staff, and when the server needs staff apply, If you are well known on the server they might choose you!
The owner turned me down when I applied for staff :( Do I curse him out and try to get the guy that beat me out for staff fired? 
No! You be kind to the new staff member and still be nice to the owner, Just be yourself on the server then when they need staff again reapply
If I get staff should I ban my best friend because he broke a rule?!? 
Always warn rule breakers first but if he denied your warning then, Yes ban him but first give him your skype or E-mail so you can contact him later
Should I post on PlanetMinecraft can I be a co-owner?
It probably will Lower your chances of getting staff,


Should I ban the people that I hate?

No! It will most likly get you demoted
Will this blog help you get admin?
Most likly no, It was simply a blog about how to apply for staff and what staff members do.
