We need more people on minecraft servers and its taking forever to get people on, They just join the server for a minute and then they leave the server for a LONG time then they come back and then ask for OP and if you say no then they leave forever.

plugin knowlodge i know lots about different plugins and have helped many owners! ive created my own server and have very good knowlodge!!
notes to add i know how to deal with hackers and spammers nicely! making it peaceful in the end!
