hello!
i'm doing something new: making my year in review as a blog! this was so fun to make and look back at this past year, so i hope you enjoy this trip down memory lane :D
i chose my favorite skin that i made from each month. i tried to keep it to my original creations (or remakes of them), so no reshade entries or things like that - there are a few exceptions i'll mention when we get there.

i didn't have many january options, so i rummaged through my skindex collection, came across this remake, and thought "good enough." i still like it though, pretty cute and much better than the original!

i LOVE steampunk stuff, and i sill remember how much fun i had making this - it was also the first skin of mine that i actually saw appear on the pop reel, so that was cool :)

i'm really proud of the roses on this skin, not sure why i made this specifically to commemerate 3 years of skin making, but it's still a favorite of the year!

this is one of the exceptions, because this was my part of a trade with BirbMum! i really enjoyed doing this with her and both of our spring bunny girls turned out adorable ^^

may's skin is one of my many entries for the mega tourney hosted by Dazzles on skindex! this skin is one of my favorite entries, but i've never shared her here - remake and pmc upload??

we have a tie!!

couldn't not include my pride persona in this! this year was big in finding my identity, and i'm glad that i was able to do so. this design is awesome and i'll be keeping it for a while :)

this entry for the aesthetics jam hosted by r a i n b o w is one of my all time favorite skins that i've made. i feel like i executed the prompt very well and i just love the overall vibe of it.

another tie!!

this is the full skin in my style from the style swap challenge i did. i was obsessed with it at the time, now it's not my most favorite but i still like it a lot :)

and of course, shadow's super pmc fighters skin variant from ZappyGru's jam! as someone who knows very little about smash, i think i did pretty okay with this - i made it to finalist, which i wasn't expecting lol

last tie i promise (it was just a summer thing)

after seeing this cornrow hair method by @00O3, i knew i wanted to make a skin with the same technique - i still adore this skin, everything about it looks so nice together, and it's also the first skin in this blog with my current shading!


ending off the summer we have my sunflower skin, an entry for the cottage jam! i love how this turned out, and sunflowers are my favorite flower, so obviously this one was going to make it in

although this skin is simple, it's really cute! the jacket was fun and the two tone jeans are cute ^^

this year was my first time doing Fawne's skintober, and it was so fun! this design was for the libra prompt, i'm so proud of this, especially the dress and the gold accents.

this is another execption, because this was for fanvember. i only made 3 skins throughout november, and they were for fanvember, so i'm just putting this fanskin for autumn up here to fill the spot. if i had more time, i would've made some more original things, but it's okay.

although december has just begun, i can tell this will be my favorite skin from my winter remake series (and probably my favorite remake of all time)! this skin has a really special meaning to me, and it came out perfectly - i know that eefie would love it too <3

that's about it for this blog! i hope you liked looking back at my 2023 skins, and i want to take a moment to thank you for all the support i've gotten this year. it's been a wild ride, but here's to 2024 - another great year of pmc!!
