What is Skintober?

Skintober is a fall/Halloween-themed skinning event, created by Fawne, that lasts from October 1st-- 31st. Basically, the skinner will make one skin per day for the whole month of Skintober, following a prompt list that they or someone else made. For example, the prompt for October 15th might be a pumpkin-- so you'd make a skin based on a pumpkin. :3

How do I participate in Skintober?

It's not a contest; there aren't any required tags or stuff like that ;) The only thing that's required is that you give credit to Fawne for the original Skintober idea, and if you use somebody else's prompt list, you credit them too. But you're totally free to make up your own prompt list! Also, if for some reason you can't make a skin literally every day, that's totally fine. c: The Skintober police won't come after you!



Am I required to follow your prompt list?

Nope! This is an open event, so you can follow mine, somebody else's, or your own. Some other skinners have some amazing prompt lists as well:
