From now on i'm doing the snapshot review series! Do you want to see them, then help me reach 10 diamonds :)

So, the new snapshot. IT'S OUT! You can now make large portals, and a lot of bugs have been fixed. But thats not what it is about, this snapshot is for the mapmakers, thats why i'm already in love with it. I have always wanted something like this, and so many ideas popping up in my mind, i just can't actualy do them all , cause i don't have the time :P
More to the snapshot, this time there is a lot of new commands, including:

• /setblock
  
• /testforblock
  
• /tellraw
  

These commands are going to change the game and the maps are going up to a whole new level, it's incredible! So about those commands, i'm going to explain what each one does.

/setblock :

This command allows you to place , destroy or replace a block anywhere you want to. The block can have custom lore text, it can even be a chest with certain items inside it. So you can now spawn anything in the world whenever you want to. You can easily fix a spleef arena after you've played a round in just a few seconds. This makes automatic minigames, custom map quests, and lots of more much much more possible. Here's just an example of what i would like to make. Imagine a dungeon, with the treasure block, but its trapped. When you destroy the treasure block, the room starts to collapse, the roof is breaking and blocks are falling, cracks in the ground, its very hard to escape, and when you get out, you feel like a badass. Theres just so much to it, do you have an idea of something interesting you could do, tell me in the comments :)

/testforblock :

This command can detect, whenever a block has been destroyed in a certain place. Like the treasure block, it can detect when its broken and output a redstone signal. It may be used in a boss battle, in which you have to destroy three heart blocks and when all three are destroyed you win, and its all automatic 0.o As a quite addicted minecraft player, i can say, i'm overwhelmed with these new commands.

/tellraw :

This one is quite difficult to use, but is very useful. Its something i have wanted for a long time now. This command can announce a message in the chat, with the possibilty to click on a word for something to happen. Heres an example: A villager asks you to clean his house, and you can choose either yes or no. And you can just click on the word in the chat to answer. Or maybe the villager asks you "Do you want a free apple [YES]" and if you click on [YES] you will obtain an apple, and it can also be customly eddited, with a different name, or whatever you can think of.

As said by BubladeHD : "over a few snapshots you won't need world edit anymore...", and i agree with that.

So what do you wan to see made, i've heard stuff about being able to make a LCD screen with a stop motion movie, or a teleporting block parkour course. Do you have any ideas post them in the comments.

So is it actualy good or bad? - From my point of perspective its definetly good, it has improved the gameplay much more than any other snapshot has before.
