Soul mod idea?

I want to code this but i certainly cant use mcreator because it is too complex. it requires some 1.19 stuff as well.

1. Souls

Souls spawn in soul sand valleys and deep dark biome. There could also be a gamerule that allows dead players in hardcore to turn into souls.
They can move through blocks like in spectator, and are the only mob the warden will protect. They can enter soul blocks to hide in, and move around inside, but they can't go into other blocks while in sculk ones. Sculk blocks are also the only block in which mobs cannot track them. Killing vexes and allays will spawn 1 soul (if spawned by a player will go back into their spell totem) , and souls can be captured in bottled sculk (obtained by right-clicking on sculk veins) or in a spell totem. More on the totem later.

2. Spell totems

Ever wanted to summon some vexes to kill your enemies? Cast mining fatigue on them? With the spell totem, you can! When you kill an evoker, they have a 20% chance of dropping a spell shard. 4 of these and a totem of undying to get a spell totem. They do NOT save you from death, but using soul charge you can cast spells! Simple spells like mining fatigue or evoker fangs will have a 5 second recharge and require at least 1 soul charge. The charge is not used up, but you can't use the totem until the recharge is done. You can also summon 1 allay (2 soul charge, used up) and 3 vexes (6 soul charge, used up).

does anyone think they can make this? i don't know how to code in java so i have to use mcreator.
