Hi there, so i thought of a lot of servers I have been on, and how some staff applications were just down on crap. So for this blog I thought i could give advice on how to make a great staff application! Mainly every application will ask for your age and i want to say one thing, DO NOT LIE ABOUT YOUR AGE. This is very important because eventually they will figure out, and it's not the most ideal way too get accepted to staff as a lier. Also, try to use your best spelling/ grammar/ word choice, in your application. This will subsequently make you look more mature/ fit for the job. If you need to, enable spell check for your application, and also use the thesaurus for a wider variety of words. Also, almost every application will ask for your reason to be mod, and I will advise to try to stay out of saying stuff like "I have a lot of experience, "I am very active". This will be the reason in almost everyones application, so try to give a unique reason for staff, as it will stand out more. Finally, apply for a smaller staff position first (Helper, Mod, etc.) before trying to tackle on a huge admin job, as this will give you a higher chance of getting staff, along with giving you experience.
