No one is going to give you staff if you just bounce from hundreds of servers a day begging for staff. Then I get these kids who go, "I never get staff D:" Well my answer is...
BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT DEDICATED, YOU JUT BEG! IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY!
Sheesh, I hate people like that. Why don't you not ask, like seriously, grow a brain bigger than a peanut, please.
Staff isn't something supposed to be given out like that.

Another thing is, Server Owners.. Please, please, don't say NEED STAFF! In your advertisements.
80% of the servers just say it so they get 50 little kids on and it makes you feel good! Well I have news for you...

THEY WILL LOG OFF IN 2 MINUTES, THEY JUST WANT STAFF. DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL NOT GAIN PLAYERS.

NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR 2 MINUTE APPLICATION YOU MADE UP YOURSELF, SERIOUSLY!
Obviously you're going to say you're mature and a good builder. So stop lieing about it and stop begging! Play the game and enjoy it without asking for things that you won't get! If it hasn't worked on the past 5000 servers, why would you keep trying? I swear, biggest idiots guys.
