One stormy night Steve woke up from his newly crafted bed. He heard a voice form outside his window. It sounded like a girl. He walked to the door and opened it. Rain soaked his clothes. At the end of his gravel path he saw a girl. The most beautiful he'd ever seen. She ran screaming to him. "Whats wrong?" asked Steve. "G g g green, z z zombies!" Where?" By the creek!" Steve let the girl lay in his bed. He grabbed his iron helmet and his diamond sword. He ran down the winding path to the creek. He saw and heard nothing. He shrugged and started to walk back home when he heard a moan from a near by tree. "It's not funny!" he cried thinking it was a typical troller. He heard it again. He reached into his inventory. With a shock he remembered he left his bow at home! He drew his sword. A zombie burst out of the bushes but Steve was quick. He Ducked out of the way and cut the zombies arm clean off. He looked up only to see he was surrounded. He grabbed a piece of flint and chucked it at the closest zombie which fell to the ground with a thud. A scream rang out from his house. He ran down the path ignoring the horde following him. When he got inside he found blood on the floor. The girl was gone. Steve gathered his gear and set off to find her. He fought bravely through hordes stabbing and firing arrows. When he reached an abandoned castle he saw a zombie charging straight at him. Steve grabbed the zombies arm and threw the beast onto the ground. He shot an arrow clean through it's eye. He walked for miles. His hope was dwindling. A zombie came from behind Steve. This wasn't just any zombie... It was the girl. He drew his bow and shut his eyes. He released the string of the bow and sent the arrow flying.He walked home guilt weighing down his shoulders. He walked inside and remembered the short time he knew the girl. He grabbed the only thing he had left of her. And pressed it to his chest. Soon after Steve fell asleep.
