modify your world to fit these needs:
main noise and depth noise X: 5000
upper limit scale: 3000
lower limit scale: 1

anything not listed can be anything... just don't cheat by putting the diamond veins up to 50.

tips: water goes to bedrock. try to get water-breathing potions or keep cobblestone with you when you mine
