The Adventure of Jeff
Chapter 1 o meet Jeffo Okay first of all my name is Jeff and second of all I am a dog a golden doodle to be exact. I bet right now you are thinking o dogs cano t write bookso and normally you would be right but my intelligence is better than a regular dogo s would be. So in this book I will tell you all about my life and my crazy family. I started out as a stray with my best friend Ralph a black lab. It started out as a regular morning begging for food, crawling around the city, and running away from animal control, but this time THEY CAUGHT US! Ralph isno t good in a crisis, he kept on screaming o Were gona die were all gona die!o he almost fainted from hyperventilating.
Chapter two o we get adoptedo As soon as we got to the pound we saw really crummy cages, very mean looking dogs, and worst of all we saw a dog being put to SLEEP! This is the most frightened I have ever been, Ralph was taking it even worse. He was shivering, his eyes were open as wide as ever, and I was afraid he would die from fright. One of the big gnarly dogs came up to me. He had several scars on his face, his mouth was foaming, and I believe the other dogs called him o Bigo Bruce. So he went right to Ralph and said o we dono t like any new dogs bothering us YOU GOT THAT!o Ralph managed to nod his head. The warden threw us in our cage. We woke up in the morning and this is when we got adopted. A man and a woman came up to our cage and said o we want themo and just like that they were tanking us to their car. o Bigo Bruce gave us a frightening look. Dono t worry he will come back later in the book.
