The Difference Between Stealing and Copying Skins!

Hello it has been brought to my attention that I always here people arguing about this topic. One thing that really gets on my nerves is when someone steals someones skin and claims it is their own and say that they made it. Their is a really big problem with that and we should put a stop to it. What really is grinding my gears is that recently I got banned for making a %100 original skin. They mods said that it looked like another skin and was not an original. I understand why they thought that because people like me that make skins can not look at every skin ever created to see that if it looks like the one we made. The people that steal the skins should be the ones getting banned. They are Minecrafts biggest problem because that is plagiarism. Mods should put more effort into finding those people then finding skins that look alike but have no connection to each other.

Now What About Modifying Skins?!

I think people that create skins and or modify another ones shouldn't be frowned upon. If we are changing any type of detail in the skin that is something major I do not see a problem with that. You should just give the original created credit in the title or the description. They say do not upload multiple skins of the same kind that have different colors. Maybe someone wants a skin with a blue sweatshirt, or a green one, or a yellow one; that should not be considered a ban because I have heard numerous remarks of that happening. Many people have different preferences and you should respect that.

Minecraft Mods Banning For No Reason

This is something that has always beeen an issue for me. I have made around 20-30 skins in the past. I became very good at making them but then I ran into an issue. I kept on getting banned over and over again for weeks just because apparently the skin looked like someone else's. I would never steal a skin because I am a graphics artist and I would never want someone to steal my graphic work. PMC kept on insisting that my skins were stole, thus ending in bans. Really PMC? This is a place where people come to have fun, talk about Minecraft and anything Minecraft related. You're banning me a meber that goes on every day just becuase apparently you think my skins look like someone else's? I have been a member for a long time previously reaching level 39 I think, then PMC deletes every single skin and blog I posted and set me back to lvl 1 for no reason. That made me not come on here for months because I was discusted with the admins. They need to learn to ban people actually stealing skins and making horrible blogs instead of worrying about people like me for no reason at all. I guess this part has turned into a kind of rant against Mods and Admins but it was not intended too. I hope you guys agree with me and please post down in the comments if you have ever been banned for a bad reason before too!

Minecraft skinning involves creativity, excitement, and using your imagination. Create whatever comes to your mind. You can only get better and better as every day goes by. Get some inspiration from other people. Try to get some ideas and help to make not only you better but your skins.
