Hello, PMCers! My last blog,"Hope" was pretty popular and I got asked to make a series with none other than hobo joe! We will each be doing 2. Mine is about teamwork, how you can organize a team and how PMC needs it. Well, let's begin!
Now, let's make a team!
1. The idea. You need a team idea, what is the team going to do? Let's say you make a team about blogging. What kind of blogging? Hrm...let's say the team does tutorials.
2. Setting it up. Before we start getting the team together you need to set up the team. Have a plan that you can tell the team. (Be sure the team can do what is required)
3. Getting the team. Alright, now we have our idea and our plan, you can't get it done with some people to help! Gather some colleagues!
4. Let the teamwork begin. Alright, we have the team, we have a plan, now we need to go and get it done. Maybe make the do special tutorials. Don't make team-mate do the same tutorial! One can do a skinning tutorial, another can do a blogging tutorial, one person can do a project tutorial, and another how to make a mod.
5. Post it. Now, when the team has made suitable tutorials it is time to post them. (You should probably have in each post the team member say that it is for the team)
This is just one way to do it out of verrrry many. Now...why PMC needs teamwork.
New PMC members have been...well, like everywhere you go some people are bad. They abuse the rules, and there aren't very many teams...PMC would be a better place with teams. If there were lots of team groups then people would be working together more and they could find new friends. Sure, there are build teams but not many skinning teams or blog teams. I'm excited for when PMC updates the rules, I hope it really helps PMC, maybe it will even encourage people to make teams!
Hope you enjoyed, stay tuned for another!
