In a distant past there once existed a great city that belonged to no nation, country, nor land. This city was a city all on its own, it wasnknown as Oceano s Horizon because it had caused the sea to part allowing it tonbe at the oceano s level without being flooded, struck by a tsunami or anhurricane. Some say it was the true Babylon; others believed it have been the lost city of Atlantis. Neither of these accounts were right, but they were not too far off. This city was a special city. Adventurers who came to this city were skeptical of the sight and deemed it as an illusion, a trickery of their minds for being out at sea for too long. But it wasno t. Many of these adventurers who entered this city were so amazed at the civilizationo s never before seen technology that they wanted to take it back with them to their homelands. But as fate would have it, the people of this city claimed that the adventurers had seen too much and they must never set sail again, never to return to their homelands. But what was it about this city that these people did not want to find out? None remain who know, not even the legendary technology. The only thing that still exists is the city itself, still in the condition it was left in. And because of this, the city became a mythical legend passed down from generation to generation.



And soo ¦ Our story begins anew.



One day, Toby, a 3rd grader attending Ocean View Elementary School, was staring out the window atnthe ocean like he always did. His class was talking about what theyo d want to do when they grew up when was finally asked what heo d want to. He snapped back into reality only to answer with o I want to sail to the legendary city of Oceano s Horizon.o There was a sudden laughter coming from his classmates. He feltnashamed of himself and laid his head down on his crossed arms that were on hisndesk and went straight back to looking out the window. o It does exist but what do they know?o He muttered to himself so no one else could hear him.

On the bus ride home, a girl by thenname of Aisha, who was in Tobyo s class, sat with Toby. o I thought your idea was good. Io ve always wanted to go to Oceano s Horizon myself,o she told him. He chuckled a little. o Whato s so funny about that?o Aisha asked. o Youo re probably only sayingnthat because you feel bad,o he told her. no I meant it, though!o Shenexclaimed, o I even drew a picture of it.o She pulled out the drawing and showed Toby it. Toby finally gave in and said, o Wow! Thato s just like I envision it, too!o From that day on they swore they would go there together one day.

That day finally came 20 years later.

Toby and Aisha had graduated from college and set sail immediately after graduating 8 years before and after years of searching for it they finally came across the mythical city of Oceano s Horizon. It looked just like what they were told when they were younger.

After setting anchor at the edgenwhere the ocean dropped down for miles, they pulled out their binoculars in search of the cityo s bridge. o I SEE IT!o Aisha yelled pointing at the North Northwest corner of the city. o Ito s clear over there?o Toby asked, o Butnthato s all the way on the other side of the city! Ito ll take at least another five hours to get over there!o o No worries, weo ve comenthis far haveno t we?o Aisha pointed out. Aisha was always the peppy kind of girl that had one of the most upbeat personalities Toby had ever seen.

Once they got to the bridge they dropped anchor about 50 yards out and started off in their rowboat towards the cityo s bridge. Once they tied down thenboat, they started heading towards the city. To their amazement, there were still animals here. o To think after all this time, these animals have been able to survive here still today,o Toby said in awe. o Just dono t forget there may still be traps, Toby,o Aisha exclaimed. o Come on, leto s go see if we can find anything else.o And so they continued their journey in the city and when they had their fill of getting pictures they headed back to the ship and headed back home to tell their friends what they experienced there.
