Steve has been acting very strange recently so I've been 'hunting' more often but I actually mostly think about why he is acting the way he is. But I can't think of anything except for Herobrine's sword being the cause, "I better start heading back before Steve starts looking for me." I recommend to myself. I start walking back to the house but only walk for about seventeen blocks before I fall through the ground and hit my head on the stone...

"Ugh my head." I say as I turn around and get up "And my bow is broken... Again." I complain.

"Hello! Who are you?" a figure in the shadows asks.

"I'm Alex. But who are you?" I queried.

"Oh! You don't know who I am." He states as he walks out of the shadow, he had glowing black eyes and a black suit with clean black hair.

"I know who you are, you're a griefer who wants trouble." I respond with a smirk.

"No I am not a griefer, I am… A VIRUS!" his last word shook the cave as he split in two but one of them looked exactly like me but the other stayed the same.

"Yeah, no." I counter as I start using my broken bow as nunchucks and run at him and “me”' but I get get shot by “myself” in the shoulder, the force knocked me on the ground and I hit my head on the stone floor.

"Now that you're out of the way, I can kill Steve." the virus stated.

"I guess you're not are good as you." "Alex" mocked.

"Ugh uuhhh." I say something that can't be understood right before I pass out...

"Ok "Alex" only used a normal arrow not a special arrow that's good... I guess." I comment as i pull out the arrow. "Now what can I use to get out of here?" I asked myself. "There are vines hanging from the entry hole, piles of wood and a few anvils." I say as I look at my surroundings. I grab some wood, make quite a few planks, make a tower to the vines and climb the vines.

"Ok I'm out now I should head back to see if Steve is ok." I say as I run through the forest, when I arrive I stop dead in my tracks because I saw it. My mind went into hyper-question-mode "How did it find us?, Why today?, Where is Steve?" Ok first I need to find Steve, then we can plan our next course of action. "But where is he?" I asked myself. Then I spot Steve's shoe prints but they were about three pixels deeper so he was carrying something heavy, but where were Hunter's paw prints? I hear a sound coming from behind me, and it turns its head and sees me

"GET ALEX... RIGHT NOW!!!" The Infeawither shouts.

I run towards the footprints and follow them while I am still running until I am panting heavily. "How far did you travel Steve and for how long?" I asked the wind, I decided to camp in a nearby cave for the night. "Steve what are you doing?" I asked myself before I fell asleep.

When I awoke the snow had stopped falling and Steve's tracks were gone, buried by the snowfall. I then got up and started wandering around to get my bearings of where I was, after a few minutes I knew exactly where I was and had a good guess where Steve was headed.

I turned and headed east, but after a short distance I noted that (somehow) the sun was setting in the horizon, so I started running towards where I was headed. After an hour I reached my destination... the very same village it all started in. I was about to walk in when I saw her... my clone was right next to Steve and he didn't know I was watching him.

Instead of going head on and just fighting her, and possibly injuring Steve. I find a villager and point my sword at him, he instantly says "Hiirrnn?"

"I can't understand what you're saying, just take me to your house." I state as I bring the sword closer to his chest.

HIRR! he shouted as he ran away.

"Now my cover is blown if "Alex" heard him." I said.

I decided to run into a random home, where I locked myself in the room with the greatest view of the village, for hours I watched to see if anything came towards the house I was in. When night came someone tried to open the door, when it didn't budge the villager called for someone else in the house. After a few minutes they gave up and I sighed a sigh of relief.

hir? one of them asked.

Hirn? the second asked.

Hirrn hir the first announced.

"How'd they hear my sigh?" I whispered to myself.

Hirrn! the second stated.

Hirn hirr? the first queried.

"I am Alex, I'll open the door so you can stop talking about me and speak to me." I told them.

Hirr? the second asked.

Hirrnn the first countered.

"Right... I speak Minecraftian and they speak Villgarian (Vill-Gar-ian), so they don't understand what I'm saying... great." I said.

I opened the door and let them in, I brought out a book and drew pictures of what I wanted to say and they wrote what they wanted to say also. And after a few minutes we were able to negotiate an agreement that suited both parties, and I had filled them in on all the details.

"Alright, I'm heading to bed. See you in the morning." I told them as I laid down.

The next few days were very uneventful, the most eventful thing was that I had got a new reinforced bow with: Tensile III (String draw time decreased by 1 tick and increases arrow speed by 5m/s per level, but the arrow speed boost is only applied when fully drawn), Power IV and Punch I.

Then one day I heard shouts, but when I ran out of my room the villagers were gone and I only saw a drawing of an army with a black figure with two heads. I instantly knew that the Infeawither and its army was here, but I waited till everything quieted down before I ran out.

And when I was outside there were very few villagers inside of the village, the only things inside were the children and a few iron golems, I slung the bow over my back, ran to the wall and scanned the battle for Steve, I found him galloping towards the Infeawither. I tried to reach out to him and said "Steve, survive this... for us.", I then brought out my bow and got ready to use it.

I then heard a chorus of explosions and saw a wave of TNT fly into the mob army, and do some pretty good damage to it. And then the villagers started pushing the mobs back, when a beam of light shot towards and hit the Infeawither, when the ground stopped shaking I saw that Herobrine was obliterating the Infeawither. But the villagers stopped fighting, and in the next few seconds the battle started going downhill very quickly. The enderman destroyed the cannons, the villager army was rounded up and being blown up by creepers.

Then a section of the army broke away from thee main body and headed for the village, and this "small" regiment quickly broke through the gates and started flooding the village, the iron golems held them back for a few minutes before they all fell. I stayed on the wall sniping mobs left and right, and when the mobs reached my I bought out my iron sword and cut the ones down that got too close to me.

Then when I saw I wouldn't be able to hold this position for much longer, I jumped off the wall, hooked by bow onto a plank sticking out from the wall, swung on it and launched myself beyond the mobs. I then stood back up and brought out one of my last three arrows.

"If only this bow had infinity..." I said as I nocked the arrow.

I looked back and saw a lone figure fighting the entire mob army, this figure was doing combos that I've never seen before to cut down every foe unlucky enough to get within its reach. And then I saw that it had white eyes and that its sword blade was also glowing white. Then three arrows imbedded into the figure, it fell to the ground, but then it got back up and killed the skeletons that shot it.

Then a zombie tried to bite me, I decapitated it, kicked the body into another one and cut a few more down. I then looked at the figure again, saw it hit the ground, where a small shockwave emanated from it, then when the mobs started falling back down it cut them all up in a split second, then the ground rumbled as 16 withers shot from the ground.

The figure readied itself when the knight from 17 years ago came out of nowhere and the figure backed down. Then this knight attacked all 16 withers with his sword and got them all into the second stage when he landed he brought out his bow and shot all of them several times with it, killing all 16 with the bow.

Then I felt the ground shake as a massive rift ripped open and started corrupting the ground around it, but what came through the portal was worse. Zombie pigmen, Wither skeletons and Blazes started flooding from the rift to add to the other mobs. Then the knight from earlier ran and started fighting the ensemble of different mobs.

I then saw that figure in greater detail and saw that it was Steve, then an enderman teleported right next to Steve and grabbed him. I then reacted by drawing my bow, aiming the arrow, l let loose the string and let the arrow fly straight through the enderman's head. Then I saw two more appear right next to him and grab him, I got ready my last arrow to shoot both of them in the head, I breathed in, then out and I let the arrow fly, but right before I let go of the arrow I was tackled and the arrow veered off course.

"Who did that?" I asked as I locked eyes with my clone.

"Hey sis. How's your shoulder?" she asked.

"Better than it was." I responded.

"Good." she said as she dropped an iron block on my face.

I woke up in a prison cell with two iron golems guarding the door, and "Alex" walking down the stairs.

"There is only one way to test who's better." she said.

"Yeah, prepare to fall to my blade." I responded.

"Heh... you're cute." she told me.

"We'll see about that." I said.

"You have fifteen minutes to get ready." she informed me.

"What about gear?" I asked.

"You pick your gear from the supplies." she answered.

After she left they opened the door and led me to a room with various different weapons, armor and food. I picked a sturdy iron sword, my bow from earlier, some different arrow types, iron armor with half decent durability and a stack of Steak. Then a door opened and I walked out into an arena with my doppelgänger waiting for me on the other side.

I got to my position and readied my bow, then I noticed that she only had iron armor, no sword or bow. But as I was wondering about this she brought up her left arm and swiped it through the air, as her arm moved in the air a blade was forming behind it, there was a curve to the sword, the guard and grip were black. She grabbed the sword in her left arm, she then repeated the same thing in her right arm, after she was done she had two identical swords.

"That's cool, but not fair." I said.

"No it's perfectly fair, I said that you pick your weapons... I just never said how many you could have." she responded as she smirked.

"You knew I'd only pick two. Didn't you?" I asked.

"Yup." she said.

I pull back my bowstring, sight where she'll go and let the arrow go, she rolled to the left (Like I expected) and I shot the second arrow while she was rolling into her shoulder. She stopped and stood up, she aimed one of her swords and threw it. I ducked, she yanked her arm back, the sword stopped right above me and fell stabbing me in the back. I stood up with the sword imbedded in my back, pulled it out, yanked the sword, which pulled "Alex" to me, then I slammed her face into the ground.

"No cheater has ever beat me." I stated.

I stabbed my sword into the ground and waited for an iron golem to attack me, but none did, they just stood there watching.

"What? I'm not here to fight you, so you don't need to be creepy and stare at me like that." I told the golems. "Now... I want to learn how to understand and speak Villgarian, and I'll train you all how to fight so you're not so useless as everyone says." I tell them.

"No... I can't... lose to you... he will remove... me if I fail." something behind me said in a ghastly voice.

"Huh?" I say.

"I haven't... lost yet." the being responds.

I turn around and see what used to be my clone. And in its place was a "girl" that was cracking and at random intervals her limbs would teleport away from her body, lightning was sparking off of her, her eyes were no longer green they were cycling through the color spectrum, she was also randomly twitching and her limbs were jerking into impossible positions without any pain.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

"You... stabbed me, I... am not fine... because of you." she responded.

"You just won't die." I say as I grab my sword.

"I am... immortal, because I am... not in the game." she stated.

"Okay then..." I say in disbelief.

I run at her, slide and am about to slice her leg when she, kicks me to the side, appears next to me, grabs my sword, turns it around and brings it down. Stabbing my in my shoulder, she then proceeds to create another sword and stab me in the gut, then she kicks me into a wall and the swords were imbedded in the ground so the ripped through my body. I started to pass out with 0.5 hearts left, but right before I blacked out I saw a sword fly in front of me and then everything went dark.

I woke up a few minutes later to see someone fighting what used to be my clone and able to keep up with it, without a sword or any weapon, just redirecting its own attacks back at it. And then I noticed she was completely unharmed, which just amazed me.

I tried to stand up but I was too weak to do so, so I just sat there and watched the her fight my battle with "Alex". Then a baby villager ran over and handed me a potion of strength, speed and healing, I drank it and stood back up and ready to fight. I grabbed my sword, got ready to run, sprinted at my clone, swung my sword and hit her in he side, imbedding my sword so far it hit her spine.

She roared in pain and turned to hit me, but the other girl ran over and ripped the sword out and sliced her abdomen. I jumped back, took my sword back, stabbed her in the shoulder, I grabbed her neck, pulled it back and snapped it away from her lower spine. I let go and her head flopped onto her back, then she fell to the ground.

"So who are you?" I asked.

"I'm just called Natalie." Natalie responded.

"Natalie, nice name. Mine is Alex." I told her.

"What should we do with her?" she asked.

"Lock her up somewhere? Or something like that." I replied.

Then the glitch gets back up and resets her head on her shoulders as my potion effects run out, she looks up at me as she brings out two swords.

"C'MON WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO KILL HER?!?" I shout.

"Apparently... a lot." Natalie replied.

I bring out my sword and get ready to fight, when she appears next to me and kicks me into a wall. I get back up, she kicks me into the air, she slams me to the ground, she throws a sword into my chest, she lands on the sword, she pulls it out, she kicks me towards a wall, then she appeared where I was rolling towards and slammed me into the ground.

Natalie comes running at her, she swings her sword at her, the glitch ducks and uses the curve of her sword to catch Natalie's sword. Then she pulls it out of her hand, kicks Natalie onto the ground, twirls her sword and stabs them both into the sand.

I stand back up, run to grab her swords, then she splits in half, half stays standing still and looks like Steve. While the other half resembled me and grabbed the two swords, I then slid on the ground, hit both her ankles as I slid, when I passed under her I stood up, kicked her to the ground, grabbed her swords, stabbed her with them and ran at the one that looked like Steve.

But then he turned around and kicked me backwards, I stumbled onto the sand, he brought out his diamond sword and was about to stab me with it when Natalie tackled him.

"Thanks Natalie." I said.

"It's ok, it was just tackling someone." she replied.

Then "Alex" runs at me, grabs my head, jumps, does a spin and slams my head into the sand. I just stayed on the ground, too stunned to move as I watched then double team Natalie.

Natalie was kicked into a wall, then pulled from that wall, stabbed with a sword, thrown into the air, chopped in the air, thrown towards the ground. While she was falling she was grabbed from both sides, and when they got close to the ground they slammed her into it. After that she stopped moving.

Then they turned to me.

I stood up and stumbled backwards until my back was against the wall, I put up my sword to block the attack that I knew would be coming soon. But instead I heard a TNT explode and saw an anvil hit "Alex" in the face, which knocked her out instantly and the copy of Steve vanished shortly after.

I turned around and saw 5 villagers operating the last working TNT cannon, I waved my thanks and they nodded. I stood up and used my sword as a crutch as I walked over to the Glitch, then she starts to get back up and looks at me with a hollow look on her face.

She then kicked me through the wall as the villagers shot her with another anvil, she stumbled backwards after this one too, but didn't get knocked out. She then retaliated by cutting the supports of the tower, I heard the wooden supports remaining groaning, then I heard them cracking and then they snapped and the tower fell.

When it hit the ground it shook everything, I watched as she then slaughtered all of them, ripped of the head of the first, cut the second in half, smashed the third's head into a wooden beam for the tower, punched through the fourth's chest and kicked the fifth through the arena's wall.

She then appeared next to me and threw me into a house, I smashed through the house and landed on the fence in the front of it on my back.

"Oh Alex... Did you really think you could beat me?" She asked as she very methodically walked towards me.

"Y-Yeah... But I still can, due to the opening you just gave me." I told her.

"WHA-WHAT?" she shouted as she took a step backwards and brought down her right sword.

I saw my chance, I pulled back my bowstring with an arrow, let it fly, switched to my sword, ran at her, slid on the ground when she saw the arrow and cut off her left leg. She fell to the ground and screeched so loud it almost would've been considered an enderman's screech. Then the arrow stabbed her in the left eye.

She fell to the ground clutching her left eye and started crawling away from me, I walked over and grabbed her hair, dragged her into the arena and tossed her onto the ground.

"Do with her as you choose... she is not of any use to me." I told the remaining villagers.

Hirrn Hir. The villagers said when they made it to her.

"Huh? What do you mean?" I asked as I also asked in sign language.

They responded in sign language with this: "We are going to suffocate her in stone."

I nodded my head and walked off to survey the damage, there were fires everywhere, the wall was almost completely destroyed, the plains around the village were littered with bodies and the farms' crops were trampled and their livestock were mauled.

I turned away and walked to where the execution was going to be held, I saw them setting up some sort of redstone contraption with some sticky pistons and other miscellaneous things. I walked up and helped them build it, after a few minutes it was completed and she was brought to the execution platform.

Then right before she was dropped down and crushed by the pistons she looked at me and said "This is not the end.", after a few seconds they opened it again and took her items to help the village and then everyone dispersed. I then remembered Natalie was still in the arena and I ran back to the arena.

When I made it back to the arena, she was still lying there, not moving, I couldn't even tell if she was breathing. I then ran over to her, slid on the ground, used my hand to slow me down and stopped next to her.

“I can't lose the only friendly Minecraftian I have seen for 17 years! And these “Players” are becoming more hostile by the day, I need all the Minecraftians to help defend against them!” I cried out as I lay next to her.

Then I remembered that I could try to brew a potion, so I ran out, gathered the resources from the field beyond the village, where the battle was yesterday. And then I ran into a house, set up the brewing stand, put three bottles of water in, the Nether wart and then lastly the glistening melon. And it produced three potions of healing, I grabbed them and ran back to Natalie, when I reached her I tossed two potions on her.

After an hour she woke up.

“Ugh… my whole body hurts. What happened while I was out?” Natalie asked.

“In simplest terms, we won… but with heavy losses.” I told her.

“You think I care about those things? I only care for other Minecraftians, nothing more, nothing less.” she tells me.

“Why are you so cold now? When we were fighting you didn’t seem so cold...” I stated.

She walked off, I started to walk after her when a villager stopped me and used sign language to tell me that I was needed at town square. I followed the villager to town square, where a few villagers were waiting for me there, I was gestured to the middle of them and told that I was supposed to train them. I readied my fists and they copied me, I reeled back and punched a pumpkin for that purpose, they all tried to copy me, but most didn’t succeed.

I laughed and kept working on them with their punches, after a few hours of practicing I am content with how they’re doing it and start working on kicks, after three more hours I tell them “enough for today.” and went to my room. I sat at my desk and wrote what I plan to make this village, battle strategies and proper daily training routines over several books in one night, when the sun rose I got up off of my chair and headed to a librarian, I handed her my books and used sign language to tell her that I wanted 50 copies of each book made.

I then went to town square again to train them with punch-kick combo moves, after midday they’d “mastered” that three combos and we started training with swords, we all used wooden ones to prevent any major damage, I stood in the center of them (without a sword) and readied myself and told them to fight me.

Two ran at me, I jumped over them, kicked one to the ground, grabbed the other’s sword and hit his shin with it, he fell to the ground after that. One ran at me this time, when I tried to kick him he slid under me and tried to hit me with his sword, but I twisted and grabbed his sword with the inside of my leg, then I slammed my foot onto his stomach, knocking his wind out from him.

Next two more came at me, I did the split, grabbed their swords, pulled them in close together and their heads collided, knocking both of them out. Next a group of five ran at me, two swung, one dove and two kicked at me, I jumped over the one that dove, grabbed the legs of the two that kicked, pulled them on top of the one that dove and used that force to tackle one of the ones that swung at me and that left one standing.

I ran at him, jumped, dove towards him, he brought up his sword, ready to block my attack, but I curved downwards and landed on my hands. I let my body swing until my legs faced him and pushed off with my hands, when my heels collided with his chin it knocked him off of his feet and he fell onto his back completely knocked out.

“That’s enough for now… And get him to a doctor.” I told them.

They picked him up and ran to their doctor [A profession for the Priest Villager exclusive to this story] as I walked back to my room, when I reached my door I saw Natalie’s sword there, then I noticed it had a note on the grip that said: “I told you that it wasn’t over, now I’m going to get someone to see you, but bye for now.”.

I took the note and the sword, then walked into my room, laid the sword against the wall, put the note by my bedside table and laid down on my bed. Just looking at the ceiling thinking... just thinking about that note and who it's from, but I keep thinking about my copy-cat, but she's dead so it can't be her... can it?

I shake my head after a few minutes, sit up and decide to take a walk to clear my head. As I'm walking I hear a groan, I walk to check it out and see a lone zombie walking towards the village with the lower half of an iron sword. I bring out my bow, nock an arrow, aim the shot and let the arrow fly, but then a sword comes out of nowhere and cuts my arrow shaft in half from the side.

I step back as the zombie with the broken starts sprinting at me, I ready a second arrow as a sword is thrown at me and cuts my string in half and doesn't touch me, or the bow shaft.

I turn and run to a sentry and signal for them to warn the Village that there was a swordsman who could sneak up on me. As I keep running I hear two swords clashing, I run to the noise and see two Villagers training with iron swords.

“Hey! You're not supposed to train with those yet!” I shout to them.

They ignore me and keep training, annoyed by this, I run to the first one with my bow staff and swing it at him, he stops blocking his opponent and blocks my “bow staff” in a split-second.

“Hmm… you may be ready, let me see to find out.” I tell them.

I stand still as I let one get to each side of me, then I swing my “bow staff” at one of their shins quickly, it makes a loud thwap as it collides with the flat of his iron sword. I smile as I drop to the floor and spin to try and trip one of them, but they both jump back and do a flip, then land feet first.

I stand back up and snap the bow shaft in half, then I have one in each hand and swing both at one Villager, one at the gut and that other I have one aimed at the left shoulder. He blocks both with his sword (barely), and then I jump and kick him in the chest, land back down and turn to the other one.

“You better get ready.” I told the other Villager.

I attack this one with a flurry of hits aimed at him, and just as fast he blocks every single one. I step back and nod as to say “Good work.”, he thrusts his sword at me, I do a backflip, I kick his hand with the sword in it, knocking it out of his hand, I then kick his chin and make him stumble backwards, and then I land.

“Good job, I may reward you for your skill.” I said.

He nods as he goes to pick up his sword, as he's leaning down to pick it up an arrow flies through the air. I have next to no time to react, so I put my arm out to block the arrow and it pierces through my arm, I bite my lip as I hold back a cry of pain.

I then look around for what shot the arrow, and see a skeleton on a building aiming its bow for a second shot. I (almost instinctively) pull out the arrow, despite the pain getting much worse and throw it at the skeleton and knock off its head.

“Get everyone into the most fortified building, so we'll only have to guard one entrance.” I tell the two Villagers.

They both nod and run off in different directions, I raise my one good arm with half my “bow staff” in my hand as I prepare to fight. I look up and see my first target, a zombie lumbering over towards me, I run at it and shoved my “bow staff fragment” up in its mouth and through the back.

I then kicked it through the zombie’s head and slammed it into a wall, it fell to the ground and I picked up my fragment. I look up and see more zombies coming, I ready my weapon and run at them.

I knock the first one's legs out from under it, kick the second into a wall, rip a third’s head off and throw it at a fourth. I then see the two Villagers coming back, so I run to another zombie, run up it, run up it and did a backflip, then ran to follow the Villagers.

We run to a stone building and enter it, I see the Villagers inside, I then walk back out to guard the door. The two skilled Villagers followed me out and the three of us prepare for battle, but as I was readying my fragment they handed me a sword. So I take it, and ready myself.

When the mobs start coming into range, we cut them down as more follow behind, this battle continues for hours until the sun starts to rise again. Then the mobs start to disperse.

I run throughout the Village, looking for any that still remain inside. After a while I think that I've got all of them, so I return the the stone building and gesture for them to leave the building and to get back to work. I gesture to the Villagers from the fight to come to me, they walk over and then I tell them that they're going to be put in charge of the Village, because I still need to find Steve. After a minute or so of silence, they nod and tell everyone to follow them (I think

As they are leaving the building, I see a man that looked like-(I am sorry, but this section is ineligible, so I have decided not to include it)-, that man walked up to me.

“Hello Alex.” he said.

“Uh… hi?” I respond to the stranger before me.

“You probably have no idea who I am.” he tells me.

“Yeah, I don't know who you are…” I agreed with him.

“I am Expander 12, legendary warrior.” Expander 12 says.

“Prideful much?” I asked him.

“Yes, but that's besides the point. I am a legendary warrior, an alias I have is Striker-107.” he responds.

“I've heard of him… he's the one who's said to have killed the opposing general from the war where we lost our leader.” I reply.

“Yeah… no, I didn't kill that mutant, some other Entity did. I merely held Notch in my arms as he died… when I turned to face the mutant, it was falling off a cliff as another Entity vanished.” he tells me.

“My opinion of you has gone down even lower.” I tell him.

“Cool, well you're in danger. Come with me, or if you want to fight him? You can go ahead, I won't stop you, but I might help.” he responds.

“I'll stay, I'm not one scared of a little fight against one guy.” I state.

“I admire your bravery, but I consider it a folly. This isn't just one guy, he is very skilled with his blades. This may not be a fight, where you survive another night.” he replies.

“please don't rhyme, and I'm sure I'll be fine.” I say.

“So you say, but only your actions will portray.” he tells me.

“I'm out, I'm done with this bout.” I counter.

“Alright, fine. I was getting bored of it anyway, but you should get ready to fight though, he's nearly here.” he warns.

“I am always ready, you should remember that.” I stated matter-of-factly.

“Heh, I know, Steve told me that.” he responds.

“Wait! Where's Steve?!?” I demand.

“Last time I checked, he was in Infea’s prison.” he says, “I also got someone coming to help, you'll need it.”

“I. Don't. Need. To. Be. Helped!” I respond on the verge of exploding.

“You do, trust me.” he states.

“I've heard your call, now… let's tango my friend.” the Virus says from behind me.

I jump and turn around, then kick him in the face, as every effect is applied to Striker as he gets combat ready. Then Striker lunges forward and tackles the Virus, becoming a ball of trading punches and kicks.

I take a step back and walk into someone in armor, I turn to see a woman in black steel (custom) knight's armor, no helmet, her blonde hair in a ponytail, and her violet eyes the same color as the gem in her amulet.

“Um… hi?” I say.

“Hello, my name is Sarah, and you are Alex.” she tells me.

“Yeah… it is.” I agree wondering how she knew my name.

She turns and brings out her sword to block a sword that flew at her from behind, it bounced off of her sword. I look to see who threw it and see a glitching mass that starts to take shape, it takes the shape of Sarah and a ring of swords appear out of thin air and swirl around it.

Sarah spins her sword and it, her eyes and her gem start glowing a brilliant violet. “I got this, you go help Expander 12.” she told me.

I nod and run to help Striker, I bring out my sword and swing at the Virus, he parries my blow and flings me onto my back. As I get up and am ready to charge again, a sword zips through the air and impales the wall in front of me.

“Whoa!” I say as I step backwards.

“Hey Alex, remember me?” she asks.

“W-What are you doing? Why are you helping them?” I query.

“I'm a mercenary, they paid me to kill you.” she tells me.

“You'd side with him!” I snap at her as I point at the virus.

“I go where the payment goes, that's how I play.” she states.

“I can't believe you… this… this isn't right…” I say in disbelief.

“Not by my standards, by mine I'm perfectly in the right.” she responds.

“Your standards don't alter the right from the wrong, they don't change, only our perception does.” I counter.

“That's your belief, doesn't mean it's correct.” she says.

I pull the sword out of the wall and turn to face her, I raise it up and swing it at her, but she brings out a second one and blocks it, I duck down and swipe with my leg, but she leaped over it and landed behind me, I turn around and block her sword which cracked both swords.

“That's what I get for not repairing them after weeks of service.” she states. “It'll get worse the longer you struggle, since I got a spares and you don't.”

“Wait… are you the one who threw two swords at me?” I ask as I fight her.

“Yes.” she replies.

In response, I do a few quick jabs to offset her balance, grab her with my injured arm and impale her through the head, she squirms for a few seconds then her body goes limp as I raise up the sword, then drop her.

“Don't ever touch my weapons, again!” I warn.

I turn to see Sarah still in a fight with the Glitch, where she was winning. Then she ducks, jabs, swipes, spin kicks, double jabs, side steps, parries, uppercuts, then she grabs the other’s sword and stabs her with it, and kicks her into a wall. I join in and we beat her shortly after I had joined in, after which she collapses to the floor and a sword impales me then the words “This is not your end.” are said right before my head hits something and I black out.
