OK I am here today to tell you about the current Gravel Texture. I mean Jeb, what on Earth were you thinking? I mean it looks like you made a cat throw up, and then you took a picture of the results!! Come on bro get it together you have a chance to fix it so please do!

FYI there are plenty of texture packs that fix it back so if you really do not like it then use them.

lol im one of those people who dont know how to :3 I guess one way is to just search up old gravel texture and find a picture of a gravel block facing you so you can only see the front and then print screen, then dump it on your texture pack :D
i think that if you wanted to do that you should do it on a backup default texture pack JUST IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG and it looks dumber than ever lol

Well, yes, something may go wrong.
If you want to talk to anyone about textures, talk to my brother, RefutableCow69. He has his own texture pack for 1.4.7. He might be able to share easier methods.

I was mad when it came out, but like all the other updates, I have warmed up to them. It is a bit late to be complaining though. I wish there was an outcry about it when it was first released.

I took a bit to warm up to many things some of the updates came up with. But now I think the gravel looks more like real gravel and less like retextured sand. It's also a bit harder to spot in a dark mine, so that's always fun.
