Hello everyone, Skullduggery here with another review! I actually remembered this time! Which if you know me o is absolutely incredibly amazing in every way. Anyway, today, Io ll be reviewing o Dono t Worry, Be Happy.o By hobo joe. One night after breaking up with some friends, I was sad, and depressed, and looking for something to take my mind off of it. And then I saw that blogo s title, and thought to myself:Meh, couldno t hurt, I suppose.So I read the blog, and it honestly made me feel a little better about the situation, and enabled me to be even more optimistic about theentireissue. The entire blog itself o features situations and ways todeal with depressionboth in game, and in the real world. It also had dis epic Sheldon GIF that was like so friggin awesome

In The Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit in comfortable middle age at 50 years old, was hired in spite of himself as a "burglar" by the wizard Gandalf and 13 dwarves led by their king Thorin Oakenshield on a quest to reclaim the Lonely Mountain and its treasure from the dragon Smaug. The adventure took Bilbo and the companions through the wilderness, to the elf haven of Rivendell, across the Misty Mountains and the black forest of Mirkwood, to Lake-town in the middle of Long Lake, and eventually to the Mountain itself.

Minecraft developer Mojang stated on Wednesday that version 1.7 of the game will include some major changes to the world-generator.
The developers have noted a great deal of issues with the current world generator, including a lack of variation in terrain and oceans that are too large. Mojang has been reluctant to fix this in the past because alterations tend to cause visible borders between old and new terrain. So update 1.7 is apparently going to bring a lot of changes to the world-generating engine.
Minecrafto s new world generator will produce more islands, less ocean, new types of biomes (apparently named o Clay Canyono , o Redwood Foresto , and o Cliffo ), plus new species of flowers and trees. Mojang has also promised that regions generated next to each other wono t be as radically different now, meaning no more deserts alongside snowy terrain, for example.
Thereo s no word yet on 1.7o s release date, but with fixed lighting issues, new fishing mechanics and new scoreboard functions, ito s set to be Minecrafto s biggest update yet!
In other news, Minecraft creator Markus o Notcho Persson says he has shelved plans for a follow-up. The new project, a space-themed game set in the distant future, was provisionally titled 0x10c. Despite Mojang recording profits of nearly £60 million ($90 million) in 2012, and promoting 0x10c throughout the year, Notch has made the decision to stop working on it.
o I was streaming code and someone copied all the code and made their own version of it,o he said of the new game during a recent live web stream.
In addition to this, Mr Persson stated he found it o weirdo that Minecraft had made so much money, and that he no longer wanted to work on such high profile projects. 0x10c, which was said to feature an in-game computer which would be programmed and even infected with viruses by players, was attracting a worrying amount of interest.
o I stopped developing 0x10c because everyone started caring about it before it was even done,o he said. o Io m just going to make small games that hopefully you guys like instead of trying to do something that was going to have big mass appeal...forget all the hype.o
Notch even tweeted to further justify his decision. o It was much easier to have grand plans when nobody knew who I was...the gaming world doesno t need more under delivering visionaries.o

Hello PMC, Green here.
And today for my first entry to the PMC Times is a skinreview. I decided to review Althestane's Entry for 3D's contest; "Minidew", which is a 4-BIT skin of Honeydew (made byKynand worn by Yogscast member Honeydew). The skin and idea of the skin is good, but it lacks shading. . . But as I read in the comments, it was meant to be that way. I enjoyed the fact that Althestane used the same pallette as Kyn to make homage to him, and Honeydew. He aimed to get close to the original layout of the skin without going overboard, and he did. The shading was good, but it wasn't enough. The skin needed something else. Overall, I gave the skin Three and a half stars, out of Five Stars.

SPAAAAAAAAAACE! What an amazing place! But what if there was something likeMinecraftbut in space with an endless universe? Well there is! I found a great game called Starmade which is like Minecraft in space. You get to explore the galaxy in your custom built ship, mine for ores and sell items for credits to buy new additions for your ship. Planets to land on, asteroids to blow up.
There are even also SHIELDS! The more shieldgenerators, the stronger your shields are. But there are the deadly SPACE PIRATES! Also there is the trading guild which is good, own the shops, and hate space pirates. Don't attack the shops, trust me. Also you may want to avoid the space pirates too.
There are space stations that you can steal materials from safely, space pirate stations and the mystical trading guild station said to have unique items for sale. There are also AIs so you can make turrets for you ship and unmanned ships! Some ores are worth MILLIONS!
IT'S MULTIPLAYER AND FREE!

What is new in the world of gaming this week? Well, many things, but before we jump into the big mess that is the gaming universe let me just introduce this article. So ito s called o Gaming This Weeko . I hope it to be weekly however please dono t be disheartened if it just cano t be done. Life is life and there are going to be times I cano t write the article. Sad times huh?
Anyway. My name is Etien, please avoid my atrocious username. Io d rather you saw me as a person than a name on a screen. Anyway, enough about me; through this and the following series of articles I hope to bring you my opinion on news about all kinds of games, however having a centre of focus each week. So this week is all about FPS games (first person shooter) where as next week I hope to be all about RPGs and MMORPGs too. Lets get cracking!
Do any of you enjoy comics? Well, any Halo fans will be pleased. Being a Halo fan myself, I can understand why this is exciting: A monthly Halo comic series has been taken aboard by o Dark Horse Comicso and this has been confirmed by Wired!
Welcome to the world ofo ¦ Drum roll please ladies and gentlemano ¦ Halo: Escalation (the official name). It will guide us through the storey line behind Halo 4 in a greater depth than the game did. Or at least I hope it will, I dono t think anyone REALLY gets what happened in Halo 4 and why. I think this comic has great potential but I dono t want to see a mess made of such a legendary series. Is anyone else going to try and get hold of the first edition?
A new brand of Call Of Duty? WHAAAAT!? So I think Modern Warfare 1 is the only good CoD. Yes the others might be fun (for a bit) but are they worth all the money we plunge into them? Well many people think yes and they are willing to plunge more money into Call Of Duty: Ghost. It is set 10 years after the US is attacked by some kind of superior force. The ghosts are the underdogs that are making progress. A trailer has been released so I highly recommend watching it. This game seems friendlier towards to the o splinter cello fan base.
So do I think it is going to be like all the other Call Of Duty games? No, not so much. Ghost is supposed to be the start of a new chapter in the acclaimed Call Of Duty series. Hopefully it is going to be less o run down corridor going bam bam bamo and more o Should we go left, right, under etc etco . I want it to be strategic and actually take advantage of online TEAMS. Yes, people might have to work together! Oh god is this possible? Well I hope so. I think that if Activision take a step back, and look at everything and seriously think about it, they could be onto a winner. But thato s just my opinion.
And now I have some sad news for you, the readers of the PMC times.
Half Life 3 still has not been confirmed. It is not on the horizon o absolutely nothing. I never realized how good the half life series was. Lets put it like this o I first got my hands on Half Life 2 at my friends house, and I completed over 3 quarters of the game. Anti-social? Absolutely. Great fun? Definitely.
I hope you enjoyed this page of work and all I ask you in return is to post your comments on how to improve. The next edition WILL contain news about Minecraft, dono t you worry. I will also be giving you more detail in the next issue, because I seriously didno t have much to go on here. Everything is all hush-hush it would seem.
