The Skins you make are all either good or bad. I have done this myself; I made skins that were only using 2 or 3 "flat" colors. Soon, my uploading privelages were blocked for a long time and my skins deleted. This is advice for you: try your best to make as complex skins as you can. When i made complex skins, many more people downloaded them and viewed them, for example, my iron man skin.
When you make a skin, I advise that you make a skin based of of something many people like, for example, my iron man skin. This would mean more people would download your works instead of downloading something they dont even know about.
If they dont know it, they wont download it!
