Note: This story is based upon the beginnings of my comics. Stevette, the main character of my comic story is also the main character in this story. It is about how she came upon the island and explains every event in the comic story. The picture for the title is a changed appearance of her.

Intro

My life flashed before my eyes as the waves forced me under. I popped back up for a gasp of air and bobbled there, waiting for the next wave to knock the breath out of me repeatedly. I closed my eyes, imaging my family's smiling facing before I turned to get onto the boat. The boat. What had happened? Did I clumsily fall overboard or was it something more. A wave knocked me back into reality and took my under. I was grasped by a current and I slowly lost all trace of life. I'm dead. This is it.

Chapter One- The Island

I awoke to the smell of the ocean and the feeling of sand. Standing, I looked at my surroundings. I'm alive. How?Peering about, I wished I was dead. "Hello!?" I cupped my hands upon my mouth and yelled. With no response, I climbed a hill in front of me and stood amazed. If anyone was on this island, it would take an eternity to find them. I sighed and sat down, crossing my legs. I picked leaves and weaved them through my hands. Tears streamed down my face. As the sun hit my face, I covered the top of my eyes to block it out. I noticed smoke coming from over a mountain in the far distance. I stood quickly, "Help! Anyone!" My voice echoed throughout the valley but died before it reached the mountain. "I suppose it doesn't look that far away." I squinted, starting to climb down the small hill. When I finally reached the bottom I noticed the sun finally starting to set. I frowned, Well isn't that just perfect. I'll never be able to find anything in the dark. Looking around, I hurriedly dug a small opening into the dirt and stepped in. A temporary base. I smiled and covered the opening. Curling up on the damp ground, I fell into a deep sleep.

In the middle of the night, I was startled to hear low moaning sounds. I was so used to listening to car drive past and watching the glistening of the headlights enter my room and exit. This was total darkness, and the moaning was the scariest noise I'd swear I'd ever heard. Clamping my eyes together, I fell back asleep, covering my ears with both hands.

I awoke in the morning. Moving dirt out of my way, I stepped out and glanced around. No signs of the creature that was lurking about last night. I let a sigh of relief escape through my lips. I peered up to the top of the mountain, no sign of smoke anymore. I shrugged, Who'd burn wood in the morning anyways? The fire probably just died out last night. A noise nearby made me question if I was truly alone. I looked to the side and saw a green animal with no arms racing toward me. It made a hissing noise, unlike the one last night. I screamed and took off through the trees. "Wow, I must be running pretty fast." I smiled as the mountain looked bigger and bigger and I came to it. I stopped and looked behind me. The creature was still in my tracks, quickly catching up. The blood drained from my face and I began climbing. I lost balance and slipped and fell back down. "Sshhh." The creature stopped beside me. A questioning look ran across my face as the creature started to tick. I crawled away just enough to where it couldn't bite me or anything. Suddenly, I felt something hot hit my face as I was pushed back. Grabbing my hurt arm, I realized what just happened. That thing just exploded! What kind of messed up island am I on!? I screamed in my head. I felt blood rushing from my arm and I slowly lost my grip. I saw a dark figure lean over me as I closed my eyes in a haze. Everything blurred.

"Are you okay?" An old man placed his cold hand on my head. I sat up and pushed him away, "Where am I? Who are you?" I felt my face get hot in embarrassment.
"Why, your on Minecraft! An island in the middle of no where!"
"What?" My fingers went numb.
