Hello minecraft here is a tutorial for beginners that you can start your first day in minecraft. :)

So first, look where you just spawn.


See trees? Start with one.

So now if you see one go to it and break the wood to get them.



Below are different types of wood. Like about in minecraft 1.2.5, the different wood you get, the different color of wooden planks you get.



Now you got wood. Its now time to craft! Press E to open tour inventory, fill the 4 empty square things with wooden planks to make a Crafting Table! After that, right click the crafting table, then a but sticks and some wooden planks to make tools.





Below are ores. They are for getting more tools and crafting. To get them, You need to craft a pickaxe (above) and mine under ground. Back ones are stone, cobblestone, iron, and coal. The front are ores that you might need to mine really deep in a cave.



Monsters may attack you at night, be careful, this game can be for surviving.



First, you can survive with a house to protect yourself. Second, you can craft swords and armor to go out at nighttime. Below is an example of a house.
