Step 1. Draw a Circle
Step 2. Corner off a piece for the mouth
Step 3. Draw a small circle in the enclosed area for the nose
Step 4. Draw the smile
Step 5. Draw a big circle outside of the enclosed area for the eye
Step 6. Draw two small circles inside the eye to give it that cute effect
Step 7. Draw the ear close to the eye as shown in the photo
Step 8. Draw the horns on the top of the head ( sorry mine aren't that good )
