Typical behavior for servers that look for staff, The main things that irritate me.
- One: You look for servers that may need staff or posting about staff openings.
- Two: You post your application, everything is spick and span and then you get chosen.
- Three: You join the server, show your infusiasum to help the server grow.
- Four: So you start to build show them what you have to offer, spend hours building massive scale builds.
- Five: [And this to be taken by no offence] - Then you notice that half the staff don't build, they don't know any commands, and there about 10.
- Six: So then, you're not really bothered by the fact your surround by kids, on a server that was just starting up that you thought you could help but then infact its just you that's doing most of the work and you feel peeved' of that you've spent hours of your time building for naff all really.
- Seven: You then get told that the server may be going offline because 'people' haven't joined.. Due to this you tell them that well you haven't really advertised the server on pmc and such and that once you get through that.. they are only 4 slots on the server but got told that they was going to make it bigger but now they don't think they can..
- Eight: So at this point you feel alittle bit stressed that yet again, you've wasted your time building on a server thats not serious at all and that now they think they might close down because there's nothing much to do..
- Nine: So you sit there, with the rage face, half squinting eye trying not to burst and rage that you've overall wasted your time on something rubbish that they don't even care about.
- Ten: Or when you join a server and they are childish noobs that have being given KICK AND BAN powers and just abuse them GETS ON MY TYTS.
So over all..
The morral of this rage rant is that, check your server your playing..
check the age range as the older the staff the more serious the server is.
Make sure its a long term server not no 2 week thing.
Don't show off your best building skills at the start because it can go belly up.
Try to have fun and not rage so much.
Oh and find a good server..
