Well for every good server you need good plugins. you can start by getting world edit, world guard, ModTRS and SetRankPEX/SetRank/SetRankbpermissions. World edit is really good for clearing out land building floors, walls and ceilings. World guard is good to protect the spawn and stuff. ModTRS is for help newbies, people who need world edit and people who need protection and SetRankPEX/Setarnk/SetRankbukkit saves you a lot of work, all you do is /setrank [Usenrame] [Group] instead of changing YAML.
