Minecraft is being continuously updated, so it seems like the perfect game to talk about what I would like to see in it. If there is a mod of any of these, please tell me. Some of these may be mods I know about, but this is on what I would like to see in the full game.
1.) Sandwiches (And Cheese to go along with it)
We have bread, we have a number of different meats. We have milk. Let’s get a cheese maker in there and make some sandwiches! I know that there is close to 30 food items in the game, but who doesn’t mind one or two more? They’d be for humor primarily, just a funny little thing you can have in the game! They’d also have a hunger value, one that is a combination of the items in the sandwich? Seriously, though, guys. Who wouldn’t want a ham(pork) and cheese sandwich in Minecraft? Or a different sandwich. I don’t mind.
2.) Coloured Wool Beds
This is one that I have seen a good few times. It seems like a really good idea. It would add that little bit more of customisation to Minecraft. It would work as such: If you have two(or more) of the same colour wool, that bed is then that colour. If there is three different colour wools, it is the basic bed. There has to be more of one colour to get that bed.
3.) Customised Music
This is something I’d love to see. An easy user interface to change the in-game music to some of your favourite songs! You could either disable the in-game music and play your own music or play both! You may think “What’s the point? You can just play it through another program!” but what of those people with very crappy computers? It would be a nice addition for them. It would also be nicer to have an easier way to change the volume between your music and Minecraft sounds.
4.) A Use for the Furnace Minecart
I don’t use this. At all. By the time I get around to making rails, I have redstone to make powered rails. I don’t what it’s use would be, maybe similar to the chest minecart but you smelt things as it moves along. then out of the furnace into a chest through the dropper?
5.) Friend System
Just a simple one. See if the people you know are online. They add you, and if you accept you can both see if the other is online and what server they’re on. Nothing more complicated. Not even a chat system.
