One of the things that has changed over the past year or so in PMC, is the definition of "quality"
Some of you may be wondering: why doesn't my amazing work get any attention?
To everyone out there who may be thinking this: "Amazing" isn't good enough anymore. I have seen many projects that are amazing; and yet they are all out-shined by even greater projects. Some get mad when they see this, but don't get mad.
You should take this opportunity to realize that in order to be recognized, you have to build things that stand out. Take the extra time to go beyond what you want something to be, and try to "one up" the truly outstanding projects (as long as you aren't snooty about it, be nice).
Above all, have fun with your builds, it doesn't matter how many views yo get if you hated working on the project.
