I have been thinking lately, that minecraft is going down hill. I started playing this game in beta 1.8. It was a amazing game! But when i updated minecraft, they added a lot of stuff. They even changed the sounds! I was ok with that though. But then 1.2.5. Tons of new stuff. 13.2, new stuff. and now they have minecraft 1.4.2. they added TONS of stuff! They added beacons, carrots, potatoes, carrots on a rod (to control pigs while riding them) , walls, anvils, changed the texture of leather armor, added mob heads, and even added a new boss mob.First off, minecraft was a perfect game before this update. Now beacons? They look stupid, and out of place in this game. Carrots and potatoes? They are OK, but minecraft would be fine with just the food they had. And anvils? Probably one of the best things in the update, but it ruins the point of crafting tools and stuff. And really? Carrots on rods to control pigs? Half the fun of riding a pig is you cant control it! Then they added the boss mob. HORRIBLE IDEA. If you go on a survival server, everyone wants to go to the end.Seeing the enderdragon is SO much fun! And do you know why that is? Its because its on of a kind.Theres no other mob that has a health bar on top of the screen. Its special. but no, they had to add the "wither". When minecraft changed the beta 8.1 sounds, i was very disappointed. I loved the music. I loved when creepers blew up. I loved when you opened the door. I love them because they were the original, and the best.
