Ever since Minecraft 1.7 I started to get this weird feeling: Dullness. At 1.8 I started to notice that all the articles on the next updates showed pictures featuring magic items, potions and all that kind of stuff, but wait Notch.

I believe Minecraft is becoming.............boring or at least to me. I'm just starting to think Minecraft has come to have more magic items over recent updates. I mean Minecraft (for me) has turned from a fun simple blocky game to a game where you enchant your weapons and need to go to this End and kill a magical dragon, then ending that off with a creepy, long ending title. And the ending title brings you back to the game! I thought once you beat this big dragon boss you beat survival mode, but NOPE just brings you back to earth to have nothing more to do. After you finish all your goals and beat the dragon what now!? And now everywhere I go I see these ugly grass covered plains and dark murky swamps. I just want the old Minecraft back. Just a simple system of getting that diamond or building that skyscraper, not enchanting your items getting to level 200 or killing dragons?! I am just sad because the old break a block place a block system is now jammed with killing dragons making your gear magic and all that stuff! I just want minecraft to be like it did back in 1.03.

Don't criticize me, I just don't like all this magical stuff! I want the old minecraft!
