There are several options:
1. Go to the control settings and key assignment and find "Cinematographic camera" if you do not have a key assigned, assign a key and then click on it in the game
2.At this point, I will connect 2 points at once. If 1 point did not help, try reinstalling the minecraft if it still moves, try using another mouse
3.If it doesn't work out again, try to enlarge the display. And the screen may be to blame. If you play through the TV like I do, try playing through the monitor
4.If you have three options that didn't help, try redirecting minecraft to another drive (by the way, I succeeded with this item because the ssd was broken).
I HAVE NOT FOUND ALL THE ERROR CORRECTION OPTIONS, THESE ARE ONLY THOSE THAT HAPPEN OFTEN OR NOT VERY OFTEN
