I know what to do!!!!

Use a downgrader program *There is one in mods section*

1.Go back to 1.7.3

2.Use 404 seed.

3.Find and punch the gravel on the island you spawn on

4.FIND THOSE DIAMONDS!!!! :P

Or stay on 1.8 and kill an enderman :D
