I was always so confused about the editing the profile banner part, I kept reading the tutorial, I also kept doing it.....
Until I flipped my phone.... Sideways....

Hey! So refresh the page and rotate your phone so it's right side up. Touch like the middle of the banner and you'll see a few pencils pop up. To change the banner click the top right pencil on the banner. You may have to zoom in to click on the thing tho. You can then import the banner image! Hope this helps. (:
