when you go to download them save them to a file.then go on minecraft and go into were you will see add mods.you should get a blank minecraft mod folder.go to the folder that you saved that mod to and add it to that first blank mod folder that poped up.you should refresh the page and go open the mods folder you saw erliaer.click on that mod and go see if it works.if it dosent you may need bukkit or somthing in the mod is blocking it.you may have a option to find that folder and open that mod.you may need to delete somthings (WARNING:Look up what you are going to delete first or this may cause your mod not to work at all!!!).some mods have anti-protecters,you will need to delete this but this may put a virus at risk in your computer so you may want to download STOPzilla,a anti virus program so watch out!
