Hello all, my name is eywariorey and I am a pretty decent minecrafter. I admit I do not know how to actually RUN a server, because I'm not experienced with port forwarding. If you would like to start a server with me Runescape themed, so if you know how to run, or have a server set up already, let me know here and/or add me on Skype. My Skype is the same as in MC and on here, eywariorey. Anyway, onto what I was going to post about the ideas.

First off, I'd like to use Spoutcraft. For those who don't know, Spout gives the player on the client an Exp Bar, Sounds, Capes, and other cool things. I was thinking for the Capes, you could maybe pay an Admin or Mod to get a cape, or maybe there is a cape mod? If anyone here knows a mod that adds capes and/or rings, necklaces, etc. let me know please! It would be great! :)
McMMO It will be modded (the formula) to be harder to level, and will have a cap of level 99 for each skill. The skills of McMMO don't EXACTLY match RS, but it is quite similar, so I don't mind having a bit of a difference.
Ranks* I am not exactly great with Ranks, but I have a decent amount of knowledge. I would like it to be in the form of #'s as levels or some kind of system. This way only certain Ranks can get into areas. I would like to either make a formula or make some kind of system to rank up, such as using Power Level from McMMO to be a certain level. Unlike Runescape, it would just be based on all your skill levels combined, like that of Skyrim. Unless someone can give me a better idea? :/
NPCs Just duh...
Chest Shops To buy things like Stone Swords and Stone Axes, as well as Leather armor.
Warps* Using warps (buttons) would be good to keep lower levels/ranks out of the higher ranked areas. The buttons would be restricted to only certain levels. For example, a birch tree would be only attainable by a level 10 or up, or diamond only available to level 50's or up.
Members Areas for Donators [Ranks] I am pretty sure one can still be a donator as well as another rank, so it would be cool to have members areas. It would be $5 for member forever, and other smaller donations for things like armor.
Flat World Easy terraforming
Bank Plugin (A warp)
Anti Zombe Plugin Eliminates flying glitchers
No building anywhere except your house plot
PVP Zones to make wildy and maybe a Duel Arena
No /spawn or other teleporting commands.
Magic Plugin? Let me know if you know of one
We will be building Lumbridge, Al Kharid, and Varrock first, if you have other ideas for what we could begin with, let me know.
Other ideas for me? I need them! ESPECIALLY for the Banks and Homes. I need to get a way to get to your bank and to your home. It cant be a command, but it can be a button or something else. If worst comes to worst, we can end up making a warp to "house plots" and to "bank plots", but preferably a different way. (I may edit this post if more people give me ideas and if I get more myself.)
