So yesterday I went on my server to work on my house, Then I see a village in the distance, So I go over to it..LAVA EVERYWHERE and WATER, GLITCHED TNT, I mean c'mon everybody! if a griefer reads this, STOP GRIEFING! Its jut annoying then you get banned and the server owner has to fix it and the rest of the staff! Please al of you guys who grief stop, Because when I see Griefed up stuff I have one thought in my mind..WHY?!?!

Griefers are the virtual equivalent of that kid who acts out in class for the attention. Yelling, pleading, or otherwise commenting on their activities only encourages them. If you see someone griefing, don't say anything. Just ban them without a word. Or, better yet, use MCBans and get them per-emptively banned from all subscribing servers. You'll be doing everyone a service that way.
