Apparently people have been complaining about the ore drop changes. This fixes that so ppl can choose what they want with it. Ores now drop their block variant instead of a chunk version and Fortune enchant isn't OP anymore.

Notes:
- You do not need to uninstall this datapack before you remove it.
- Works in 1.17
