Entirely a vanilla Minecraft datapack for 1.17 thru 1.18+
This Minecraft DataPack simplifies harvesting and planting. Like, do you really want to be eating that potato right now? You've got work to do.
Putting shears in your off-hand will automatically mow foliage away.
Putting various plants in your off-hand will automatically plant them when you are over fertile farmland, and will automatically harvest the related plants if they are mature.
Auto-Plant:
-beetroot
-cactus (disabled, 'cuz handling cactus hurts!)
-carrots
-melon seeds
-nether wart
-potatoes
-pumpkin seeds
-suger cane
-wheat seeds

I've attempted the auto farming on Nether Wart, but nothing happens.
I do REALLY appreciate that you can respond so quickly too. I've seen few people have that kind of fondness for their work.
For example, I have wheat seeds in my left hand, the mod is on, it is planting. BUT! For some reason, beet seeds are planted, and out of nowhere (as if the mode of creativity). Game - 1.18.1
