This datapack simply makes it so that you can very quickly break glass with a hoe.

Breaking glass takes a weirdly long amount of time and it can be fairly annoying if you have a lot to break. With this datapack, a wooden hoe will break glass faster than your hands, though better tools will increase the speed further.

I decided to make it a hoe instead of another tool partly because they're more useful since 1.16 and so you're more likely to have one on you, and also because I figured you'd be less likely to accidentally break a bunch of windows in a build with a hoe than with something you'd use more often (like an axe or pickaxe).
