Disable Elytra

To use this pack, you should simply have to install it like any other datapack! By default, elytra will be disabled to pick up, find, and use by all players. When encountered in end city ships, they will be replaced with a netherite ingot to keep end cities balanced and fun. Certain enabled players will be able to encounter elytra in new end city ships, as well as pick up/use them. To allow a player to use elytra, use the command /tag player_name add enable_elytra

Known Issues:
- If an elytra-enabled player is near an elytra-disabled player: elytra in item frames will be converted to netherite ingots and elytra items will not be able to be picked up by either player.

Configuration:
- Elytra can be re-enabled for certain players. To do so, run /tag player_name add enable_elytra
- Currently, there is no way to configure the pack without cheats, so only server owners/admins will be able to enable elytra for players.
