    You can craft a random item/weaponskin book using the recipe found in the media

    Using the WeaponSkin book
    Drop the weaponskin book on the ground along with the item that the weaponskin is for. And the item will change texture

    Ive double checked, it worked fine. Maybe you should check whether you inserted the datapack correctly

    The Hammer Skin is actually the battleaxe/doubleaxe skin, and the battleaxe/doubleaxe skin is the hammer. I will fix that next update.
