hey, i was reading throught your loot table as i was curious and i saw that you wrote a long loot table for items, in entity drop pools you can also reference generated loot from Chest loot tables too,

for example:

"type": "loot_table",
"weight": 1,
"name": "minecraft:chests/end_city_treasure"

these set the drop from item to a loot table and the loot table is end city , so in short it will drop one set of pregenerated end city loot when the mob is killed, just leaving this comment here to help if you didnt know that already.
