The New Difficulty adds:

NEW advancement (try to die)
The Planks replace logs
To craft a Crafting Tablel launch 4 Planks on the ground
If you Sneaking you have levitation 1 (yes i know its totaly crazy)
NEW Drop a Book on the Floor to obtain mending
When you Sprinting you get Speed 2
If you have Hunger you receive 1 stack of Cooked_Beef
If our life is Low you receive Regeneration 5 and Fire Resistance (yes i know its totaly cheated)
Launch your tools on the ground to enchant them
Sheep, Cows, Salmon, Chickens and Fish drops that Cooked Food
You dont need Furnaces ores automatically drops the ores in Bock
The Sugar Canes drops paper
To get into the Nether : Place a Sign and write "Nether Portal".. go on the sign and drop a flint and steel
Skeletons dont shoot arows
Swords give you Strength
No Ghast
No Creeper
No Baby Zombie
Enderman don't attack
Iron Golem have Weakness
Hoglin and Piglin have Weakness
Dangerous block dont affect you (fire, soul_fire, campfire, soul_campfire etc..)
New Noob Stick gives you the coarse dirt : To craft it drop 2 Stick and 1 dirt
If you drop 1 stack of coarse dirt you get 64 Eye of Ender
To Kill the Ender Dragon : Place a Sign and write "Pls Die i dont love you".. go on the sign and drop a Eye of ender
