This datapack allow you to upgrade your armor, and to give your sword a quality.

modifiers are deterministic and craftable, while qualities are not and are "random" ( the item tier used change what you're more likely to get in terms of quality tier)

try to put it in a folder and unzip it inside, i had this problem on my spigot server
