This datapack gives villagers more levels for more trades.
The datapack is enabled when it says "Datapack has been enabled" in chat.
To use the recycler, drop armor/tools on it.
The fish trap auto fishes.
The netherite anvil is unbreakable and can give villagers jobs.
Villagers whose job site is a netherite anvil have 5 trades(though they can glitch out)
1st trade: Tool + emerald to repair.
2nd trade: Tool + emerald to get enchantments off of tool.
3rd trade: Tool + enchanted book to apply.
4th trade: Tool + emerald to remove enchantments.
5th trade: 16 emeralds for anvil.
When trading with this villager, hold the tool in your hand and enchanted book in off-hand. If there is no item in off-hand the third trade will stay the same so you can trade.

Fix netherite anvil trader trades
Do "/execute as @e[tag=employed_netherite_anvil,sort=nearest,limit=1] run function vill:employed/netherite_anvil_fix" and it should fix their trades.

Librarian(If MWaA is installed): Custom enchanted book
Farmer: Golden apples, honey, mushrooms, sugar.
Fisherman: Trident, potion and sponge.

Installation (and troubleshooting for when it does not work.)
The datapack is called "Village and Tables" (not a zip) and should be in the already existing datapacks folder in your world's folder. If you are creating a new world, click datapacks and open folder, then paste. Then enable it.
If it does not work, it may be because you pasted the zip.
To find the datapacks folder: select the world, hit open world folder, open datapacks and the list of installed datapacks should be there
(empty by default)
"I can only upload a zip" (Servers)
If you can only upload a zip, open the zip, open the folder inside, copy the file and folder and paste them into a zip(you may need to copy them elsewhere first), then upload that zip. If you can upload the zip then extract it, that works too.
Aternos (First method above, reworded)
Open the zip downloaded, open "Village and Tables" then copy "data" and "pack.mcmeta" and paste it out of the zip. Delete "Village and Tables". Copy "data" and "pack.mcmeta" and paste it back into the zip. Go to your server's page and go to files, then click world then datapacks. Click upload and select the datapack. If the server is online, restart the server.
If it does not work, it may be because you pasted the zip.
More troubleshooting
Check to see if the folder in your datapacks folder of your world is named "Village and tables"
Open the zip you downloaded to find the datapack. This is what should be in your datapacks folder.
Do "/datapack list" to see if the datapack is enabled. You need to reload the world(/reload works) for the world to load datapacks.

How to disable extra trades:
Go to Village and tables\data\vill\functions\villager and open level1 and level2. Find the line with the villager you want to disable from leveling up then add # at the front of the line. If the world is open, use /reload or reload the world.
