The logs are already pretty easy to get, and piglins spawn in crimson forests so it would be kind of useless to add crimson logs. I would assume they would want to keep the cooked porkchops from hoglins to eat rather than to trade, and it's only really useful to have one piglin snout banner pattern (unless you're using it as a filler item for something or as a currencey of some sort) and they are pretty common from Bastions. The saddle is a pretty good idea though, I might add it if I have some time to.

That's not very specific. Pretty much all the trades are pretty useful, and the other ones can be nice for decorating or just to have spare blocks. Also do you mean just the new trades I added or both new and old trades? Not to mention only making them drop useful things would make them too good since 1 gold will always get you something you want.

I really don't feel like emeralds fit with the piglins. All of the items are obtainable in the nether with the exception of the red glazed terracotta, which I added since it has a design similar to nether portals and fits the nether theme. Also villagers give plenty of emeralds already!
