This datapack adds a minecart that can automatically lay rails (see photos for recipe)

notes about this:

this isn't very well balanced I still need to work on a fuel system and loading system.

it currently doesn't turn or go up, only down.

minecart doesn't drop any of the items other than the minecart used for the crafting.
