Overview:

Showtime is a Datapack that lets you make amazing shows in Minecraft with minimal command knowledge, all you need to know is some basic "/execute if" commands and the rest is done for you.



Showtime: Basic Edition is well, of course, the Basic edition of the Showtime Datapacks, at the time being it is the only one made public and free for all, The Advanced Edition is only avaliable by personal contact.

How To Make A Show (Simplified):

Preparing The Stage:



- Prepare The Stage, Build It, Download It, Whatever You Really Want!

- Run "/function showtime:spawnlayers" with a clear hotbar, itll give you 9 spawn eggs, what they do is spawn the armor stand that'll be the location of the firework, you can have multiple of the same layer. I recommend you write or mark the locations down as you will need them later.


Making The Show:



- Make Sure You Have A Way To View .mcfunction Files, As Making An Automated Show Is NOT Possible In Game.

- Open Up The Datapack Folder, Go To data/showtime, then open up .timings.mcfunction, this file is where all the triggers for fireworks will show.

- Using the command format given in the file, change the function at the end to change which type of firework you will trigger, change the tag number in front of the command to change which layer



Running The Show:




- Once You've done everything, its time to test it! Make sure everything is saved in the .mcfunction file.

- Run /reload on your game

- Run /function showtime:showstart and watch the show!
