Have your own Slime Pet!
Features:
- Tame a small slime by throwing a diamond on it.
- Tamed slimes will teleport to the nearest player if they are too far.
- Tamed slimes cannot die from natural cause, like fall damage. Only creative players and commands will kill them.
- Tamed slimes that are on honey will not teleport if players are too far away.

Edit: Solved it, I encased it in solid blocks (I first wrote blocks but now corrected it to fences) because the fences seemed to give the possibility to still teleport.

make sure you open your world folder and put it in the datapacks folder. Unzip it!!
