The Eternal Night datapack is a simple datapack that does the following:
Eternal Night until the Enderdragon is killed for the first time.
Eternal Thunderstorm until the Wither is killed for the first time.
I just whipped this datapack up really quick for an SMP with my friends. If you encounter any issues, just let me know.
If wanted, I can make standalone versions that do one or the other.
