    Basically Throwing Fireballs...

    To Get Throwable Fireballs Hold Shift Holding Fire Charge In Hand And It Will Turn Into Throwable Fireball And Then To Throw It Right Mouse Button


    But Remember When The Fireball Touches The Ground It Will Explode And Break Blocks If You Want To Disable It Use The Command That Is In The Book You Will Receive By Putting The Datapack And Using The Command: /reload

    First Put The Datapack And Use The Command "/reload" Without The Quotes Then To Make The Throwable Fireball Hold The Fire Charge In The Main Hand And Hold Shift And It Will Become A Throwable Fireball Or Use The Command "/function minecraft:core/give_fb" Without Quotes To Get A Throwable Fireball
