wait so what does this datapack do? Im confused. Is the main point that it spawns zombies around you at night and no other mobs? The video doesnt explain it well.

Sorry but i did not get the idea from you. I was just scrolling through scoreboards and then i saw the minecraft.killed:minecraft.zombie scoreboard and then thought: lets make a zombie datapack
